this spur comes as a speed pack for the firestorm but the hole in the middle is 3 times the size of the other spur how do I get it to fit please

The larger holed spur is mainly for the Flux version, or the Blitz (which have the parts below already installed)

The only way you can run this is to change over the top shaft (HPI-103375) and slipper clutch set (HPI-103377)
