What charge lead will fit this battery ?

You can only charge traxxas batteries with traxxas chargers the cheapest one that will charge that is this one TRX2971TX

I think that battery will be too big - you can use this one for 3s power TRX2849X

How fast will this make the Traxxas Hoss go as I already have the 11v battery.

The hoss is a maximum of 3s lipo so this will not work.

Hi, my Traxxas battery will not charge on EZ-PEAK due to being overly discharged :( is there any way round it, or do i have to buy another one?

There is no 'safe' way to pull a lipo back from under voltage I'm afraid
