The XRay Active Diff Segment 120 Degree (2) – part XR325127 – is a precision upgrade for XRay Active Differential systems. Each segment is CNC‑machined from tough steel with accurately cut 120° V‑ramp grooves for easy disengagement adjustment, then hardened for long life. A laser‑engraved 120° marking ensures instant identification. The 120° profile delivers immediate response: on‑power the diff locks hard with no delay, and off‑power it frees instantly, making it well suited to high‑traction tracks.

XRAY Active Dif segments are CNC-machined from very tough steel, and have very precisely-machined 'V' ramp grooves with 120° angle for easy disengagement adjustment. The segment is hardened to ensure long life and durability. The segments are laser engraved with 120° for easy and instant recognition. Set of 2.
The 120° segments give more immediate response both on- and off-power. On-power the diff becomes very hard immediately (no delay); off-power the diff becomes free immediately (no delay). For use on high traction tracks.
Active Differential Segments are available in three different alternatives:
