Runtimes are not quoted on batteries, i'm afraid there are too many factors to effect the runtimes.
You would use the storage mode function on the traxxas ez peak charger like this TRX2970TX
Yes that would need to be charged as nimh if you have a traxxas ez charger it will know what the battery is and should do that automatically.
Yes that should fit both of those fine.
You'd usually a TRX ID charger to charge one of these, but any NiMh charger will also work so long as you have a traxxas charge lead eg O-LGL-CLTRX
