The eTronix PowerPal Peak Plus (ET0209) is a simple, reliable AC charger for popular RC battery chemistries. Housed in a compact, durable alloy case, it supports NiMH/NiCd packs and LiPo/LiFe batteries with built-in microprocessor control, delta-peak sensitivity for NiMH/NiCd, and individual cell balancing for LiPo/LiFe. With selectable 1A, 3A, and 5A charge rates and a 50W circuit power, it offers a straightforward charging solution with a UK plug and universal 100–240V AC input.

To change a 2s or 3s battery pack, do you connect the balance plug direct to charger and the red/black to the power output of charger ?

Yes, that's correct - you'd plug in the white balance lead AND the deans lead to the black/red plugs
