No, these are for 1/10th scale shocks, the ones for the Sledge are TRX9664X
No they will not fit gtr shocks , they do not make aluminium ones for gtr shocks.
Yes according to the Traxxas parts list at https://traxxas.com/sites/default/files/67064-1_parts.pdf they should fit
